ORDERING
Q. What information do I need to place an order?
A. You should have your basic contact and shipping information, payment information along with your Resellers Permit if you are a retailer.
Q . I am not a retailer and don’t have a Resellers Permit #, can I still order from Way2Diva.com?
A. No. We only sell to people with a valid reseller number.
Q. I don’t feel comfortable providing my personal information on the Internet, is there another way to place an order?
A. While we do encourage our customers to use our online ordering system to eliminate confusion and maintain order accuracy, we can take your order over the phone. Please contact us at (877) 315-8222 to talk to us customer service representative.
Q. Will I receive confirmation of my order?
A. Yes, upon completion of the processing of your order, you will receive an order confirmation number for your files as well as an email copy of your order. Please review the email to ensure order accuracy. If you see any discrepancies, please contact customer service immediately at (877) 315-8222.
SHIPPING
Q. Is UPS the only way to ship my order?
A. Yes, Way2Diva utilizes UPS shipping. Options available include Next Day Air, 3 Day select and Ground shipping.
Q. How long before I receive my order?
A. While we try to ship orders out the same day we receive them, our standard order processing time is 1 to 2 business days. If you place an order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed on the following Monday. Shipping time is determined by UPS transit times. Check the UPS transit map on the Home page.
Q. I did not receive my shipment, and UPS can’t find it?
A. Please notify UPS with your tracking #.
