Return Policy

When purchasing at wholesale, the sale is final. Please notify us immediately if there is a mistake, shortage, incorrect item or defective merchandise. All claims must be reported to us by email at cs@way2diva.com or by calling 1-877-315-8222 within 10 days from the date you receive the shipment. Please let us know what is wrong with the item. We will email you back with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will only credit your Way2Diva account once the items are properly returned back to us and we have checked and verified your order. We do not issue refund checks or credit back credit card accounts. You will be issued the appropriate dollar amount on your next wholesale order.

All items returned for credit must be in the original packaging and must not have been used or worn. Any items that have been used or worn, will not be issued a credit.

We do not accept any returns after 10 days of receiving date of merchandise.

Damages are the responsibility of the freight carrier. Inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Save all original packaging and contact carrier for their inspection. Damage claims should be filed within 10 days of the receipt of shipment.

We are not responsible for any shipping charges that may arise for returning of merchandise back to us for credit.
